DESIGN
The main goal is to introduce characters in ways that allude to their roles in the story. The genres of action, crime, sci-fi and drama are most prevalent. I integrate in dynamic transitions, gritty textural qualities and futuristic elements such as glitches and molecular structures to represent these characteristics.
This project was initially an original comic which I then expanded into a motion graphic title sequence. The general design was based off of my own illustration style in which I used to create the series.
TYPE
The type selection of typefaces echoes the futuristic setting of the narrative, featuring confident, angular, and bold fonts reminiscent of cyber-esque themes.
