The goal of this project is to build a digital experience that improves customer experience during 'dead time' between connecting flights at airports. I designed for ANA and stuck to its brand guidelines while looking to improve orientation while in the terminal, provide clear updates on flight updates, and create ways to build brand loyalty with Star Alliance and its airlines.
Prototyping Video
Research was conducted through a series of interviews in order to discover what participants struggled with the most during their layover time. Based on the results, a fully prototyped app catered to these needs was able to be created.
